The Real Estate & Asset Management Department is responsible for the acquisition and disposition of all university-owned property, the negotiation and management of all university leases and the management of all leased space. This department also handles:
- Relocation Program
- Neighborhood Homeownership Program
- Faculty and Staff Housing Program
- McCulloch Townhomes
The Faculty and Staff Housing section provides easy access to program descriptions and application requirements of the different housing assistance programs. A database of properties submitted by indivduals who want to lease or sell their properties to the university is also listed on the Faculty and Housing main page. The database is listed only as a service to match landlords with tenants, and sellers with buyers. To obtain housing assistance, all program applicants must follow required procedures.
The USC Credit Union is a not-for-profit financial cooperative, owned by its members, offering a full menu of financial services and dedicated to serving the USC family in three locations.
