Stay at Work / Return to Work Program

When employees are injured or ill, it is our desire to assist them in a quick recovery and return to meaningful employment. USC’s Stay at Work/Return to Work Program provides staff members, who have either an occupational or non-occupational injury/illness and are unable to return to full regular duties immediately, with a safe, timely transition back to work with modified duties based on medical restrictions until released to full duties.
